January 2021: New Services, More Communication and Better Care

On behalf of the entire Nice staff, we want to thank you for being a part of our community. Without the support of our distributors, clients, patients, families, friends and local communities, 2020 could’ve ended on a very different note. Alas, Nice has been able to exceed our highest expectations. We ended 2020 with over 50 employees serving 8 markets, and we’re poised for some serious growth in 2021.

New Services Available to Patients

A Revamped Pharmacy Program

In 2021, we’ll no longer be offering 35 free medications to patients. Instead, we’re increasing that number to 550. That’s right, you now have access to 550 complementary medications. From acute to chronic care, our new formulary has consistently proven to cover roughly 60% of all medical claims filed by our patient population. Patients will be able to pick their medications up at over 60,000 pharmacies across the U.S. We’ll even ship chronic condition medications directly to you and cover the shipping costs. There’s no other service that offers anything close to that kind of value. 

Live, Virtual Physical Therapy 

You read that right, Nice is ready to provide you with access to licensed physical therapists through our app or web portal. A Nice clinician will have to recommend a meeting with a physical therapist, and you’ll be able to have as many visits as are required with no out of pocket expenses. We’ll be able to help employees prevent injury and help them recover from musculoskeletal issues.

We’ve added these benefits because we believe that primary care needs to extend beyond services traditionally provided at a clinic. By enabling you to indulge in your health without worrying about the cost, you’ll be able to work harder, sleep better and live your best life. 

Nice Is Opening In New Markets

Slowly but surely, we’re bringing our services to other deserving metros across the U.S. Hiring, training, licensing and certifying clinicians is challenging to do in a new market, especially with our high standards. But that’s not stopping us. We’ve got aggressive expansion plans and though we can’t share the specifics, you can learn more about our plans on our locations page.

We fancy ourselves to be a transparent and forward thinking organization. In that spirit, we’re going to reimagine how we share important information in the coming year. Everything that is relevant and helpful for our patients will be in the form of a social post and a blog post. Employees and their families will have more direct access to the answers to their questions without having to go through HR to find their answer. With a quick follow on Facebook or Instagram, they’ll never miss an update, new guide or resource, or opportunity to connect with the Nice team. Patients deserve a communications strategy that reflects how they consume information these days. It is 2021 after all.
